A nationwide campaign encouraging Customers to eat bread was recently launched in Poland. It aims to:
• educate Clients about characteristics of bakery products,
• emphasize the role of bread in a healthy, balanced diet,
• debunk myths that have arisen around baked goods, especially those sold in supermarkets.
The campaign was initiated by the Polish Bread Producers Association, of which Inter Europol is a member.
